Scott Rettberg will show the cinematic version of Hearts and Minds: The Interrogations Project at Cyberacademy, Medialab, at Museum Śląskim, Katowice. The performance of the VR work, based on true stories of American soldiers who tortured prisoners in Iraq, will be followed by an audience discussion of the work and the issues it raises. Hearts and Minds was the winner of the Electronic Literature Organisation’s 2016 Robert Coover award for a work of electronic literature.
